What is an apartment/villa made of, and what is usually included in the construction cost?

The structures of the buildings are designed in accordance with the building codes of SNiP in force in Northern Cyprus, according to the characteristics of the Mediterranean climate and the architectural and engineering standards of the TRNC regarding earthquakes (Standard: TS 500-2000 regarding earthquakes DBYBHY 2007). The frame and foundation are calculated based on the structure of the building.


All materials used in construction meet high quality standards.

The external walls of the building are red brick, finished with a two-layer plaster mortar for external use, a covering plaster layer, a primer, and acrylic-based paint.
For finishing, internal plaster made of cement plaster + lime plaster, primer, and acrylic-based paint are used. For wet rooms, ceramic tiles and paint for wet rooms.
According to your choice of laminate or filling tiles. In rooms with high humidity and balconies, ceramic floor tiles are used.
